Dirk has mastered a 1/6th Scale Maybach HL42TRM engine, which Reasonable Collectibles has created silicone molds to produce resin copies.  This engine was used in the original SdKfz 7 Demag halftrack, 2000 of which were converted to SdKfz 250 halftracks.  The engine was later installed in the heavier SdKfz 251, which tested the engine terribly and the reason the heavier halftrack was underpowered.
